每逢村落大型醮會或法事，都有一個分衣施食以祭祀亡靈和餓鬼的環節。而大士王正是觀音大士的化身，到場負責掌管秩序，鎮壓那些試圖侵擾人世間的遊魂野鬼。
《匠心傳承》影片系列最新一集《正氣存念》，陳鈞（火居道士）從無到有展示紮作大士王的手藝，將越來越少人認識的傳統技藝展現到大眾眼前；藍曬藝術家黎嘉玲選擇以藍曬方式，將快要消失的事物加以記錄轉化。

【ICH Inheritance: Righteousness x Memento】
In the Yu Lan Festival and the Jiao Festival, there is a ritual for distributing food and clothes to pacify wandering ghosts. The Dashigwang, is the custodian in charge of the wandering ghosts, who prevents them from creating disturbances in the mortal world.
In this “Righteousness x Memento” episode, Chan Kwan (a Taoist Priest) crafts a paper dashiwang figure from scratch, while artist Karen Lai uses the cyanotype method to preserve this very tradition.
